Finally we discover that patient was using self-medication in the same time (herbal cream).

He had to make a choice. He choice to stop that herbal medicine and he recover in a few days with only genta (again). Fortunately the lesion become dry without dexa... (Observing carefully the photo, you can observe that the lesion include also an active herpes (1) which is NOT an indication for dexa!!!)
